Job Summary

FILINVEST COMPANY: Timberland Highlands Resort

This position is responsible for assisting and providing support services to the Human Resources Supervisor in handling all areas of Human Resources Management and Training; to help ensure that all conform to the Timberland Highlands Resort quality system procedures as documented as regards to HR and Training functions; and in all matters relative to achieving and fulfilling the HR goals functions and objectives of the Resort.

  • Maintains an orderly record of all HR files for ready and immediate reference.
  • Monitors requirements for supplies and equipment necessary for the smooth functioning of the Division.
  • Works with other personnel to ensure that their administrative requirements are
    accomplished.
  • Maintains close contact with the Human Resources Supervisor to coordinate activities
    and implement programs and policies.
  • Follows-up on all transmitted CVs/resumes and on the status of candidates for
    employment in the Corporate Office.
  • Assists in training programs and activities as may be required.
  • Performs any other duties and tasks assigned by immediate superiors sometimes

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in Psychology Human Resources Management or any related course
  • With related work experience for atleast 1-2 years
  • Good communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Can start immediately
  • Amenable to work in San Mateo Rizal
