Job Summary

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive and scale strategic partnerships within a luxury fashion marketplace focusing exclusively on clothes shoes (including sneakers) and bags.

This role is ideal for professionals with prior experience in e-commerce or resale marketplaces managing brand partnerships seller ecosystems or supply acquisition.
Jewelry watches and fine accessories are strictly out of scope.

What Youll Do

  • Build and manage partnerships with luxury apparel footwear/sneaker and bag brands

  • Secure high-demand authentic inventory across approved categories

  • Drive GMV and revenue growth through marketplace partnerships

  • Expand brand and seller coverage within clothes shoes and bags

  • Lead commercial negotiations and structure long-term marketplace agreements

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing product operations logistics)

  • Use data insights to optimize partner and category performance

  • Manage and mentor business development team members

What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience in business development or partnerships within a marketplace platform

  • Direct experience with luxury fashion apparel footwear/sneakers or bags

  • Strong network of brands distributors or sellers in the approved categories

  • Solid understanding of fashion supply chains and marketplace dynamics

  • Track record of driving revenue growth and category expansion

  • Strong negotiation relationship-building and leadership skills

  • Data-driven and strategic mindset
