JOB DETAILS

Were looking for a remote operations executive to handle backend business operations for Circle ranging from customer support order management and product listings on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer & Seller Support:

Manage inbound queries on all platforms (whatsapp/meta/calls)
Manage communication on campaigns and keep track of conversations with customers.
Identify issues with orders and resolve them.

Order Management:

Manage end to end order process: ensure timely dispatch customer intimation delivery coordination
Manage returns refunds and exchanges
Collect feedback and feed into company insights pipeline

Product Listings:

Receive data from ops team in UAE and convert it into listings for the website which involves

basic picture editing (tools provided) through Canva
creating Shopify listings with Circles internal tool
Ensuring data sanity of each listing (price/metafields/tags)

Maintaining Platform Hygiene:

Keep a track of listings on platform and do regular health check of the platform
