Job Summary
HRSI is looking for Head of Operations for one of its leading client in Pakistan
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Strategy
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives
- Translate business goals into actionable plans and processes
- Process Optimization
- Analyze and improve internal processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics to monitor success
- Team Leadership
- Lead mentor and manage operations teams
- Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results
- Budget & Resource Management
- Oversee budgeting forecasting and resource allocation
- Ensure optimal utilization of company resources
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with departments such as finance HR and sales
- Ensure smooth coordination between teams
- Risk & Compliance
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Performance Monitoring
- Track operational performance and report to senior leadership
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or related field (MBA preferred)
- 2 years or more experience in operations or related roles
