Our client a leading Energy organization seeks to appoint experienced professionals for the following role:
Manager Operations & Maintenance
The position of Manager Operations & Maintenance will report to the Head of Asset Management and will be responsible for ensuring efficient functioning upkeep and reliability of the company assets. The role involves leading the field operations managing maintenance teams and providing technical expertise to ensure optimal system performance and adherence to company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations and maintenance of renewable energy assets (Solar & BESS) ensuring peak performance and system reliability.
- Provide hands-on technical support and advisory services to resolve complex operational issues and minimize downtime.
- Lead and manage field teams ensuring proper allocation of resources training and adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor asset performance metrics analyze data and prepare detailed reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and manage corrective actions to address operational issues promptly.
- Collaborate with vendors contractors and service providers to ensure timely maintenance and support activities.
- Ensure all operations and maintenance activities comply with company policies industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously assess and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Any other assignment as deemed appropriate by supervisor
Education
- Minimum 16 years of education preferably masters from a renowned HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder preferably in Engineering Management Business Administration and / or any relevant field.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience preferably in a large national/multinational organization in a similar role at an equivalent position or in one level below position.
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office Excel data analytics software & systems to provide exceptional proactive solutions.
- Understanding of renewable softwares i.e. helioscope PVsyst etc. & others.
- Strong technical expertise in renewable energy systems and troubleshooting.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A deep commitment to sustainability and renewable energy.
- Strong organizational communication & customer service skills.
Age
- The candidate should preferably be not more than 35 years of age as of last date of submission of application.
