Position Overview: As an Airport Ground Staff you will be responsible for providing assistance and services to passengers at the airport. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome passengers as they arrive at the airport - Check-in passengers and their luggage - Assist passengers with boarding procedures - Handle ticketing and reservations - Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules delays and cancellations - Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner - Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings - Collaborate with other airport staff and airline crew to ensure efficient operations - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements: - Minimum qualification of 102 or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to work in a team and adapt to changing situations - Basic computer skills - Willingness to work in shifts including weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage when required - No prior experience is required freshers are welcome to apply Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The selected candidate will be required to work 6 days a week on a rotational shift basis.
