Account Executive (Large Enterprise)
Rain is the fastest-growing earned wage access (EWA) fintech in the U.S. serving 3.5 million employees and backed by top investors like QED and Prosus. Weve raised nearly $400M in fundingincluding the largest Series A in fintech historyand just closed our Series B to fuel our next stage of hypergrowth.
Rain is looking for an experienced high-energy sales professional who understands Enterprise Sales and how to sell executives cost-savings or business performance solutions.
What youll do
- Develop and support Rains sales pipeline to support ambitious growth plans for financial technology solutions for employees
- Create and grow prospects via lead qualification
- Maintain broad market and competitor knowledge to ensure credibility with prospects
- Engage sales development representative team to drive progress in their pipelines
- Build relationships with customers and account teams up to the C - Level to present product information solution propositions account review and support for the ordering process
- Actively showcase and promote Rains commitment to financial technology solutions and close partnerships with industry leaders including SHRM APA and others
Who you are
- 3 years of experience with technology or solution sales including selling Human Capital Management and Earned Wage Access
- Exceptional strategic planning and business development skills; must own and contribute at every stage of the sales lifecycle
- A Bachelors degree in business or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Ability to promote complex technology solutions and project manage them
- A high level of demonstrated customer interface along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sales presentation negotiation and organizational skills

Compensation:
$140000 - $160000 Base $350000 - $375000 OTE.Note this is a range and we take in a variety of factors when determining total compensation for the position.
