Responsibilities:
As APAC Compliance Officer you will play a pivotal role in building and leading a robust risk-based Compliance Program across APAC including Australia Korea Singapore Hong Kong Taiwan and future markets. Youll partner closely with cross-functional teams and local affiliates to champion ethical behavior and ensure compliance with global standards and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement the APAC Compliance Program in alignment with global standards.
- Monitor and assess compliance risks; drive continuous improvement through risk-based testing and internal controls.
- Provide strategic guidance to local and regional leaders on compliance and ethics matters.
- Deliver tailored training and communications that foster a culture of integrity.
- Advise on business activities including interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs) events donations and third-party due diligence.
- Support internal investigations and audit activities.
- Manage operational compliance processes including grants transparency reporting and anti-corruption initiatives.
- Act as a regional ambassador for compliance - collaborative proactive and respected.

Requirements:
What Were Looking For
- Minimum 5 years experience in compliance within the healthcare or life sciences sector preferably across multiple APAC markets.
- Strong knowledge of regional and international healthcare laws and anti-bribery/anti-corruption legislation (e.g. FCPA UK Bribery Act POBO IFPMA etc.).
- Proven track record in building and sustaining a strong compliance culture.
- University degree in Law Business Finance or related field.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (written & verbal).
- Deep understanding of APAC markets including Australia New Zealand Singapore South Korea Hong Kong Taiwan and Mainland China.
