Your future duties and responsibilities:
Lead endtoend project delivery ensuring scope timeline budget and quality targets are met
Develop detailed project plans schedules and resource allocations
Coordinate crossfunctional teams stakeholders and external partners
Identify project risks issues and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies
Facilitate project meetings status updates and executive reporting
Ensure alignment between business goals technical requirements and operational needs
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies
Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong communication throughout the project lifecycle
Oversee change management activities and ensure smooth adoption of project outcomes
Support strategic planning and contribute to portfoliolevel decisionmaking
Please note that the office location is in Törökbálint.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Minimum 8 years of experience as a Project Manager of large IT implementation projects in a Telco sector preferably on a suppliers side
Fluency in English and Hungarian languages is must
Proven track record delivering complex multistakeholder projects
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall hybrid)
Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholdermanagement skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira Asana MS Project etc.)
Bachelors degree in business engineering IT or a related field
Relevant certification (PMP) is a strong advantage
Ability to lead teams influence decisions and drive accountability
