Security Manager (AI Driven Information Security & IT Security Architecture)

We are looking for a skilled Security Manager with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence Security Architecture and Security Governance to drive the strategic evolution of the Customer Security Framework (CuSF) and the ESARIS (Enterprise Security Architecture for Reliable ICT Services) methodology. Your main mission will be to design and implement AIenabled enhancements - such as AI ChatBots and automated document analysis - that significantly increase the efficiency usability and adoption of CuSF and ESARIS across the organization. This role directly addresses key organizational challenges including slow RfP and audit processing growing efficiency demands and decreasing internal acceptance of security frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design build implement and train AIbased tools (e.g. ChatBots automated document processing knowledge assistants)
• Leading role in the AIdriven enhancement and modernization of the Customer Security framework
• Improve efficiency across security architecture services to enable utilization organizational wide
• Optimize workflows and reduce manual workload through automation
• Increase the organizations ability to use and adapt CuSF and ESARIS effectively
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of AIpowered solutions

Qualifications :

• Proven track record in designing and implementing AIbased or LLMbased enterprise solutions
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable AIsupported security solutions
• Experience supporting use cases e.g. customer Request for Proposal audits customer security questionnaires and contracting processes
• Fluency in English is essential
• Experience in Security Management / IT Security
• Handson experience with security architectures and industrial standards
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
