Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Process Optimization and Automation Manager with strong expertise in AIdriven solution design and process this role you will lead the strategic modernization of Business Continuity Management (BCM) processes and broader Corporate Security workflows. Your mission is to transform manual or fragmented processes into automated intelligent futureready operational ecosystemsenhancing efficiency decisionmaking quality and overall organizational resilience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead endtoend process modernization initiatives with a focus on AI and automation
- Design and implement AI agents intelligent assistants and workflow automation solutions
- Develop automated capabilities such as dynamic documentation reporting and workflow updates
- Identify inefficiencies and redesign workflows to reduce manual effort and shorten decision cycles
- Integrate AIpowered analytics and decisionsupport tools into core processes
- Drive organizationwide adoption of automation frameworks and AIenabled services
Qualifications :
- University degree in Security Management Informatics Engineering Economics Cybersecurity Project Management or related fields
- Basic understanding of Business Continuity Management
- Experience in Information Security (advantageous but not a requirement)
- Experience working in international project environments
- Proven track record in designing or implementing AIbased automated or LLMenabled enterprise solutions
- Excellent English proficiency
- Strong teamwork confidence and clear communication skills

- Ability to translate process requirements into scalable AIsupported solutions
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking
- Ability to explain complex processes and AI concepts in an accessible way
