Our client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a busy secondary school in Sheffield. This is a full-time permanent role starting in April 2026 with responsibility for overseeing the schools premises and facilities.

The successful Site Manager will take overall responsibility for health and safety compliance and maintenance managing site staff and coordinating contractors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the school site buildings and grounds
Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
Line-managing caretaking and cleaning staff
Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance
Managing contractors and external services
Supporting lettings events and examinations
Acting as key holder and emergency contact
Experience and Qualifications
Proven experience in site or facilities management
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
Leadership and organisational skills
Proactive and solution-focused mindset
Legal right to work in the UK
