Our client is recruiting for a Site Manager to join a large well-established secondary school in Sheffield. This is a full-time permanent position starting in April 2026 overseeing the effective management of the school site and facilities.

The successful Site Manager will have overall responsibility for site safety maintenance and compliance leading caretaking and cleaning teams while working closely with the School Business Manager and Headteacher.
Key Responsibilities
Overall management of the school site buildings and grounds
Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
Managing premises staff and external contractors
Planning and overseeing maintenance schedules
Monitoring budgets and ordering supplies
Supporting school events lettings and examinations
Acting as a key holder and point of contact for site matters
Experience and Qualifications
Proven experience in a site or facilities management role
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
Leadership and team management skills
Organised proactive and solution-focused
Legal right to work in the UK
