Our client is recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a busy secondary school in Staffordshire. This is a full-time permanent role starting in April 2026 with responsibility for all aspects of site and facilities management.

The successful Site Manager will oversee health and safety compliance manage site staff and ensure the school environment is safe well maintained and fit for purpose.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the school site buildings and grounds
Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
Line-managing caretaking and cleaning teams
Planning and overseeing maintenance schedules
Coordinating contractors and service providers
Supporting school events lettings and examinations
Acting as a key holder and emergency contact
Experience and Qualifications
Proven experience in site or facilities management
Strong health and safety knowledge
Leadership and organisational skills
