Overview
Senior regional leadership role responsible for driving cardiovascular/CRM sales performance across a high-visibility Northeast territory. This is atrue people-leadership role (not player/coach)with full ownership of regional strategy execution forecasting and talent development.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of 810 sales representatives across NY PA NJ Southern CT and D.C.
Drive forecasting accuracy performance accountability and regional planning
Coach for sales and clinical excellence; travel regularly with the team
Recruit onboard and develop top sales talent
Qualifications
8 years in cardiovascular sales with current people-leadership experience
Strong cardiology background; CRM experience strongly preferred
Proven track record developing high-performing teams in complex markets
Willingness to travel extensively (50%)
Compensation
Base: $175K$185K
Bonus: $150K
LTI: $25K
