Application support

Exp- 0-1 Yrs (Freshers also )

Location: Bengalore

Education Qualification: MCA or BSc Computer Science batch 2025 with good academic scores

Excellent communication

Working Conditions:

Involve shift-based or rotational support
Willingness to work in shifts/on-call (if required)
Weekend/holiday support (as per business needs

Key Responsibilities:

Application Monitoring & Support

Monitor Java web applications and servers under supervision.
Perform health checks and system monitoring.
Identify and report application or system issues.
Support day-to-day operational activities.

Issue Handling & Troubleshooting

Analyzing application and system logs.
Help resolve basic incidents and service requests.
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers.
Participate in root cause analysis

Deployment & Environment Support

Support application deployments and configuration activities.
Application upgrades and patching.
Help maintain backup and recovery processes.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain support documentation and SOPs.
Update incident and resolution records.
Prepare basic reports and status updates.

Learning & Collaboration

Work closely with senior engineers and development teams.
Participate in technical training programs.

Support users with technical queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills (Basic Knowledge Expected)

Good understanding of Java and web applications.
Good with Unix/Linux commands and Docker concepts.
Good knowledge of shell scripting.
Good knowledge of databases SQL queries.
Knowledge of networking basics and should able to resolve network related issues.

Soft Skills

Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong learning attitude and curiosity.
Problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work in a team environment.
