Overview

FocusPoint is partnering with a large nationally recognized organization to identify an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multiple medium to large initiatives with moderate to high complexity. This role serves as the single point of accountability for assigned projects guiding efforts from initial concept through successful completion.

The ideal candidate brings strong stakeholder management structured project delivery and the ability to navigate cross functional environments with clarity ownership and professionalism. Occasional travel may be required based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent projects organizing work into structured manageable components aligned to an approved project plan.
• Develop and facilitate core project documentation including charters communication plans schedules and status updates.
• Maintain clear project scope and ensure alignment across business owners technical teams and cross functional partners.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels ensuring expectations risks and issues are proactively communicated.
• Identify track and resolve project risks issues and interdependencies.
• Monitor progress report on milestones and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
• Provide coaching and direction to project team members to clarify responsibilities deliverables and expectations.
• Support the creation of implementation toolkits training materials or operational resources as needed.

Technical Proficiency

• Comfortable with or willing to learn:

• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook OneNote etc.)
• Online collaboration platforms (virtual meeting tools shared workspaces)
• Project management and scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project Planner or similar)

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• 5 years of project management experience ideally within complex matrixed or service driven environments.
• Experience in healthcare supply chain workforce management financial services or technical systems is beneficial but not required.
• PMP certification preferred; Lean or Six Sigma exposure is a plus.
