Job Description
A Project Manager is responsible for the planning management and completion of a project within designated timeline and budget.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Planning & Defining Scope: Setting project goals creating detailed work plans and defining deliverables.
- Budgeting & Scheduling: Establishing budget estimations and managing timelines to meet deadlines.
- Resource Management: Allocating resources and managing project teams to ensure maximum performance.
- Risk Mitigation: Identifying managing and mitigating potential risks or blockers. Promotes transparency of issues & risks Sets up and Maintain project artifacts
- Stakeholder Communication: Keeping stakeholders informed with reports on progress problems and solutions.
- Quality Control: Ensuring all project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
- Documentation: Overseeing all project documentation and reporting.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for stakeholders and team members.
- Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Should be able to adjust to people culture policies and situations
- Provide the periodical reports and other ad-hoc reports as required
- Methodologies Used: Agile / Waterfall
- Conflict resolution experience
- Proficiency in project management software and tools like ServiceNow MS Projects
- Establish and execute project work plans.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 yrs experience
- Strong Leadership / Team Building / Decision Making attribute
- Education : A Bachelors degree in related field
- Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certified preferred
