Job Summary

Project Manager Civil Engineering/Surveying

Location: Ellicott MD
Status: Full-time On-site/Hybrid likely
Experience: 8 years in civil engineering/surveying with 3 years PM experience

Key Responsibilities:

Manage civil engineering/surveying projects from conception through completion
Client liaison scope development budgeting scheduling
Lead project teams including subconsultants
Ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations (MD codes County ordinances)
Quality control deliverable management and project closeout

Minimum Qualifications:

BS in Civil Engineering or related field
Maryland PE license (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D project management software
Experience with Maryland DOT local county permitting (Howard Anne Arundel Baltimore counties)
Valid drivers license
