The company has been delivering high-quality long-lasting residential hardscape projects for over two decades and is looking for a motivated professional who shares a passion for craftsmanship and excellence.
This role is ideal for a hands-on project manager with strong field experience who can oversee multiple residential projects from start to finish while ensuring quality efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
3 5 years of experience in landscape or hardscape construction including site preparation grading concrete pavers natural stone and/or masonry work
Proven experience managing crews and residential job sites
Strong competency in site layout grading blueprint reading project administration and problem-solving
Highly organized detail-oriented and self-motivated
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive can-do attitude with the ability to lead by example

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise multiple residential installation crews across various job sites
Manage projects from kickoff to completion ensuring adherence to cost and timeline estimates
Maintain strict quality standards across all projects
Visit job sites daily and serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners
Train mentor and motivate installation crews
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate closely with sales consultants and office administration
