Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in the construction and renovation of new and existing Chick-fil-A restaurant locations. The ideal candidate will have deep project management experience in commercial retail or restaurant construction strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities Project Leadership & Execution

Lead all phases of restaurant construction projects from pre-construction planning through close-out ensuring compliance with schedule budget and quality standards.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients (including Chick-fil-A representatives) architects engineers subcontractors and internal teams.

Manage multiple concurrent projects maintaining clear project schedules and coordinating all field activities.
Team Management

Provide leadership mentorship and support to Project Managers and field teams.

Drive team performance through effective communication problem-solving and decision-making.

Facilitate project meetings document updates and client presentations.
Financial & Risk Oversight

Prepare and manage project budgets forecasts and financial reporting.

Conduct value engineering and risk assessments to optimize project outcomes.

Ensure accurate change order documentation and approval processes.
Quality & Compliance

Enforce rigorous safety standards on site aligning with company expectations and regulatory requirements.

Guarantee project deliverables meet or exceed client quality expectations.

Oversee comprehensive project documentation including RFI s submittals and close-out packages.
Client Relationship Management
Qualifications Required
-
Bachelor s degree in Construction Management Engineering Architecture or related field.

8 years of commercial construction project management experience with at least 3 years leading restaurant build-outs or remodels.

Demonstrated ability to manage large teams and multiple active projects.

Strong understanding of construction contracts cost controls scheduling and quality assurance.

Excellent communication skills written verbal and interpersonal.
Preferred

Experience working with Chick-fil-A or other major quick-service restaurant clients.

Proficiency with construction management software and tools.

Working knowledge of regional construction laws and permitting processes.
