As a Data Integrity Analyst supporting the Center of Excellence team in Americas Commercial Operations you will be trusted to build robust scalable and reliable data pipelines and processes that ensure accuracy and consistency across critical business collaboration with IT partners you will leverage modern data engineering tools and cloud technologies to maintain high-quality data standards that enable informed decision-making and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Pipeline Development: Design implement and maintain ETL/ELT workflows using Alteryx SQL and AWS from multiple data sources
  • Data Quality Management: Validate cleanse and monitor data across CRM (Salesforce) analytics platforms and data lakes.
  • Automation & Scalability: Build automated solutions for data ingestion transformation and integrity checks.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Develop dashboards and reports using Tableau to track data health and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales Ops Marketing Finance and IT teams to align data governance practices and support business objectives.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and resolve data anomalies ensuring timely corrections and preventive measures.
  • Cloud Data Engineering: Utilize AWS S3 Athena and Glue for data storage querying and transformation.
  • Documentation & Governance: Implement data governance standards and monitor compliance via automated checks to reduce data quality incidents and improve audit outcomes.
  • Define and operationalize data lineage cataloging and classification.

What youll bring to Alcon:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in data engineering Computer Science Information Systems Actuaries Economics or related field.
  • Experience: 2 years in data engineering data governance or analytics roles.
  • Technical Skills:
    -SQL (advanced query optimization and troubleshooting)
    -AWS Services: S3 Athena Glue
    -ETL Tools: Alteryx
    -Visualization: Tableau
    -CRM: Salesforce
    -Data Modelling and Validation
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail problem-solving ability stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Python for data processing and automation.
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.
