Serving as a vital link youll communicate directly with our Spanish-speaking subcontractors across the U.S. ensuring payments and operations move in perfect sync.

Key Responsibilities:
Core Accounting & Operations
- Own Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes end-to-end
- Manage invoicing collections and vendor/subcontractor payments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and categorizations
- Support the Controller with month-end close and bookkeeping tasks
Subcontractor Communication (Spanish-Speaking)
- Communicate directly with Spanish-speaking subcontractors across the U.S.
- Handle payment inquiries collections and coordination
- Act as a bridge between field operations and finance
Financial Analysis (FP&A Support)
- Build and manage commission calculations
- Pull and consolidate data from multiple sources into Excel
- Deliver 95% accurate payout calculations for internal review
- Identify discrepancies and improve data reliability over time
Tools & Systems:
- Work within tools such as:
- Ramp (spend management)
- Excel / Google Sheets (advanced usage expected)
- Help improve workflows and financial processes as the company scales
What Were Looking For:
Must-Have Qualifications
- Strong foundation in GAAP accounting
- Proven experience in AR/AP and bookkeeping
- Advanced proficiency in Excel / spreadsheets (data consolidation formulas accuracy)
- Fluent Spanish and strong English (written and verbal)
- Experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients
- Ability to work full-time (40 hrs/week) with U.S. time zone overlap
Preferred Background
- Experience at firms like EY PwC Deloitte or similar environments
- Exposure to FP&A or financial analysis
- Experience with tools like Ramp or similar platforms
- Based in Latin America (e.g. Colombia Mexico Argentina)
