Job Summary
Description
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Assist the department in continuously optimizing the EHS management system and regularly update and improve EHS policies procedures and workflows.
- Support the department in internal and external audits as well as government inspections including management of paint-line exhaust gas and wastewater (e.g. VOC emissions and effluent control).
- Responsible for day-to-day operations of environmental management occupational health management and safety management.
- Continuously update EHS risk identification and assessment and assist the department in developing and implementing effective control measures to continuously reduce EHS risks.
- Maintain the registers/logs for special equipment and licensed special-operations personnel and oversee the safety management of special equipment (e.g. overhead cranes) including its use and maintenance.
- Develop and implement the annual EHS training plan.
- Develop EHS inspection and safety observation plans and follow up on the completion and closure of corrective actions.
- Supervise construction safety of external contractors/suppliers on site.
- Assist in the investigation and reporting of EHS incidents9. Assist in the investigation and reporting of EHS incidents.
- Provide EHS support and consultation to other departments.

For This Role You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree or above in Safety Environmental Engineering or a related discipline with 3 years of EHS management experience in a multinational company (MNC).
- Certified Safety Engineer (e.g. Registered Safety Engineer) and/or ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Internal Auditor certifications are preferred.
- Familiar with international national and local EHS-related laws regulations and standards.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Basic English reading and writing skills; good spoken English is preferred
- Proficient in using Office software
