The Opportunity

How Youll Make an Impact

• Coordinate and lead project planning and execution meetings tracking progress and reporting updates to the organization.
• Evaluate and manage risks and opportunities to protect the company and improve project outcomes.
• Oversee engineering activities assembly work testing and commissioning to ensure contractual commitments are met.
• Coordinate crossfunctional teams across different divisions to guarantee projects are delivered as contracted.
• Negotiate additional work and claims with customers suppliers and contractors to enhance business volume and margins.
• Monitor and control procurement of materials and services for projects.
• Manage project budgets to ensure expected profitability and deliver financial and cost reports.
• Track costs scope forecasts cash flow and accounts receivable to ensure deliverables are met within budget.
• Manage communications with customers internal teams auditors suppliers and contractors.
• Oversee document approval processes with customers to confirm compliance with contractual requirements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your Background

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management.
• Strong knowledge of engineering fundamentals and project proposals.
• Advanced English proficiency (required).
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project or similar).
• Experience with financial tools and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of legal aspects finance and cost management.
• Demonstrated skills in people management customer focus and innovation.
• Understanding of quality environmental energy and safety management systems (ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 50001 ISO 45001).
