Executive Summary

We are seeking a high-impact RCM Healthcare Director to lead end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management operations for U.S.-based healthcare clients within a BPO environment.

This role is responsible for managing full-cycle operations (Front-End Mid-Cycle and Back-End) ensuring revenue optimization reducing denials and driving operational excellence at scale.

What is Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

Revenue Cycle Management is the complete medical billing process outsourced by U.S. hospitals and clinics to specialized BPO providers.

Front-End (Pre-Service)

• Insurance eligibility verification

• Pre-authorizations

• Patient intake

• Appointment scheduling
  Prevents revenue leakage from the start

Mid-Cycle (During Service)

• Medical coding (ICD-10 CPT)

• Clinical documentation

• Charge entry
  Ensures billing accuracy

Back-End (Post-Service)

• Claims submission

• Insurance follow-ups

• Denials management

• Collections

• Payment posting
  Core revenue recovery engine

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale end-to-end RCM operations

• Manage large teams (50300 FTEs) in BPO environments

• Drive and optimize KPIs:

  • AR Days

  • Denial Rate

  • Collection Rate

• Implement process improvements (Lean / Six Sigma preferred)

• Ensure HIPAA compliance and U.S. healthcare regulations

• Manage U.S.-based client relationships and reporting

• Improve revenue cycle performance and profitability

Candidate Requirements

• 812 years in RCM / Medical Billing / Healthcare BPO

• 5 years in leadership roles within BPO Healthcare

• Strong expertise in:

  • Denials management

  • Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Medical coding (ICD-10 CPT)

• Proven experience with U.S. healthcare clients

• Experience in offshore / nearshore operations

• Advanced English proficiency (C1C2 mandatory)
