This is a non-union positionThe Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to Directors and teams. This role is crucial to keeping the business running efficiently through proactive coordination strong organization and outstanding customer service in a fastpaced environment.

What You Will Do
Proactively manage Directors calendars meetings and access to optimize time and priorities.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to 50 employees including travel arrangements and expense reports.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities access requests and facilities support for employees and contractors.
Prepare organize and maintain internal and external documents presentations and spreadsheets.
Support events invoices purchase orders and crossfunctional administrative initiatives as needed.
Who You Are
You bring 3 years of administrative or office support experience in a professional environment.
You are highly organized with attention to detail adaptability and able to manage competing priorities under pressure.
You collaborate easily communicate clearly and build strong working relationships at all levels.
You are confident working independently and take initiative in a changing fastpaced setting.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook); Workday and Oracle experience considered an asset.

Salary range is $50K to 79K and may depend on experience.
