What Youll Do as a Service Manager
- Lead coach and motivate the service team
- Manage workflow productivity and shop operations
- Ensure top-tier customer experience and follow-up
- Drive service sales and achieve performance goals
- Oversee parts sourcing inventory management & service writing
- Support hiring training and team development
- Maintain high standards of communication accuracy & efficiency
What You Bring
- 35 years of Service Management experience
- Strong leadership communication & problem-solving skills
- Automotive repair knowledge and workflow management experience
- Ability to build high-performing teams & deliver consistent results
- Customer-first mindset with strong accountability
