JOB SUMMARY

MTorresAmerica Limited is seeking a Field Service Technician to join our Services Team.

This position is fullyonsiteat ourcustomersaeronautical manufacturing facilities in Kinston North Carolina. The role requires daily presence at the customer site and involves hands-on work in a dynamic industrial environment.

You will work directly with CNC/PLCcontrolled systems performing diagnostics calibrations and process optimization to ensureoptimalmachine performance. The role also includes supporting machine acceptance activities and providing handson training to customer personnel.

In addition you will collaborate closely with our Service teams to coordinate interventions respond to technical incidents and contribute toServiceinitiatives in a dynamic customerfacing environment.

MAINRESPONSIBILITIES:

Troubleshoot and repair CNC/PLC systems including alarm analysis and rootcause identification.

Perform machine calibrations adjustments and process optimization tasks.

Support machine acceptance procedures and deliver customer training on proper machine operation.

Coordinate with internal Service teams to plan and execute service interventions and respond to customer incidents.

Contribute toServicesactivities including documentation service reports and technical support.

Develop technical content for manuals (operation troubleshooting preventive and corrective maintenance).

Maintain thorough project records and documentation.

Comply withcompany policies and meet performance expectations.

Communicate relevant project information to the project coordinator.

EDUCATIONEXPERIENCEAND OTHER REQUIREMENTS

5 years of experience in similarroles preferably commissioning and services 5-axis machinesintheaeronautics industry

High School diploma/Associatesdegree or technical certification in related field or higher preferred/Computer Science Mechatronics or Automation EngineeringBachelor Degree.

Experience with SiemensSinumerikSinumerikOperate CNC software.

Experience with Siemens TIA Portal V15 PLC software.

Strong troubleshooting skills using CNC & PLC software including alarm tracing and rootcause analysis.

Ability to read and interpret electrical pneumatic hydraulic and mechanical schematics.

Ability to rebuild cable connectors (Ethernet Profibus power cables Harting connectors).

Experience aligning 5axis CNC machines using Renishaw laser interferometer granite squares dial indicators or laser tracker.

Ability to disassemble replace and adjust mechanical components.

Ability to replace plugandplay modules.

Experience with C (Visual Studio Code).

Ability to work with SQL Server Management Studio.

Availability to work onsite at the customer facility across all shifts including weekends and to work beyond 8 hours/day or40 hours/week whenrequired.
