Position Overview:This role seeks a highly organized administrative professional to facilitate and manage complex business approval requirements for supported agencies. The successful candidate will act as a dedicated liaison streamlining a high-volume request backlog through proactive communication and meticulous process coordination.
Duties:Requirements Gathering: Work directly with agency customers to document business requirements in alignment with established organizational policies.
Documentation Management: Prepare and submit comprehensive information packets to security legal and administrative approvers to ensure compliance.
Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate meetings with diverse legal business and security teams to drive timely approvals of business requests.
Contractual Review: Interpret and provide input on contract agreements and other business-related contractual documentation.
Vendor Relations: Collaborate with vendors to communicate cloud use documentation and organizational requirements clearly.
Solution Research: Investigate existing internal solutions to determine if current resources can meet newly documented business needs.
Process Guidance: Serve as a subject matter expert providing guidance to customers on the business approval lifecycle and underlying policies.
Backlog Management: Track and manage the current volume of requests to improve overall delivery efficiency.
Information Facilitation: Act as a central liaison to resolve requests for additional information throughout the approval process.
Required Skills:3 Years of full-time experience in a customer-facing role demonstrating excellent communication and service skills.
2 Years of full-time experience managing projects program management or process administration (official title of Project Manager not required).
1 Year of experience in vendor management specifically collaborating on requirements and documentation.
Leadership & Organization: Proven ability to lead stakeholders and maintain high levels of organization and detail in a fast-paced environment.
