Channel Operations Leadership
Youll oversee all external partner-facing channelsfield sales call centres and community engagement. You know how to build structure maintain consistency and create momentum across geographically dispersed teams.
Field Sales Coordination
Youll bring alignment clarity and pace across field sales teams ensuring messaging is consistent targets are understood and activity supports partner growth plans region by region.
Call Centre Excellence
Youll manage the day-to-day operations for partner-driven call centre activity; briefing teams optimizing scripts implementing QA standards and ensuring performance dashboards tell a clear story.
Community Outreach Programs
Youll design and lead grassroots partner-support initiatives; driving awareness activation and engagement with programs that feel authentic and add measurable value.
Performance Insight & Optimization
Youll own cross-channel performance analytics using data to refine targeting messaging and channel mix. Youll spot whats working fix what isnt and elevate what could be.
Partner Retention Communication
Youll manage the flow of partner retention messaging; clear timely and thoughtfulensuring every partner feels supported and valued across all touchpoints.
