Tri-State Physical Therapy a Division of Tri-State Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine a well-respected privately-owned Orthopaedic Practice is seeking an energetic individual to fill a full-time Scheduler/Front Office Receptionist/Customer Service Representative position in their Seven Fields Office.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Physical Therapy or Medical Experience Preferred
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
- Computer Skills are Essential
- Positive and Upbeat Attitude
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Detail Oriented with Ability to Multi-task in a Fast-Paced Environment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Scheduling Initial Evaluations and Pre-Hab appointments
- Addressing phone calls and returning voicemails
- Front Office coverage when needed
- Administrative duties including chart closures/discharges

SCHEDULE:
This position carries a 40-hour a week Monday through Friday schedule with the primary shift being 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. however this could vary depending upon coverage needs. Occasional travel to other offices may be required due to coverage needs.
