Job Summary

Role: Service Now HAM PRO Developer

Work location: Sunnyvale CA (Onsite)

Duration: 5 Months

Responsibilities:

Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM PRO module.
Solid understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices.
Experience in ServiceNow configuration scripting (JavaScript Glide) and integrations.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in asset management processes and ITSM/ITAM frameworks is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Design configure and implement ServiceNow HAM PRO solutions to support enterprise hardware asset management.
Collaborate with client stakeholders and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and maintain workflows integrations and customizations within the ServiceNow platform.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards policies and best practices for asset management.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on HAM PRO capabilities features and enhancements.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HAM PRO modules and integrations.
Document technical designs processes and configurations for knowledge sharing and future reference.
