What you will be doing:
- Action allocated leads through initial telephone calls meticulously following the established sales cadence.
- Maintain complete responsibility for all data hygiene in the CRM ensuring accuracy for open opportunities client data development information buyer profiles and lead sources.
- Manage and cultivate the database of allocated network prospects through frequent calls emails and client entertainment to foster engagement and facilitate future sales via Relationship Selling.
- Diligently apply the prescribed sales process and methodology.
- Adhere to and execute all administrative processes including managing deal administration (e.g. securing signed Offers to Purchase assisting with finance applications contracting and internal sign-off to move deals from Conditional to Unconditional).
- Initiate new deals and progress them through the defined sales stages.
- Provide advisory services on market conditions rental yields for specific developments and evaluating capital growth versus rental yields over time.
- Contribute to project planning phases by offering sales input on aspects like pricing and product design and assist in compiling competitor information packs.
What our client is looking for:
- 5 - 10 years experience in high-value property sales specifically with demonstrable knowledge of the Cape Town and Atlantic Seaboard real estate markets.
- Self-motivated individual with a passion for property development driven to continuously improve and excel.
- Proven consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Deep network of past buyers and solid prospects is essential for success.
- Experience or knowledge in financial advice/investment sales and investment analysis using Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using is a significant advantage.
