Job Summary

Receptionist
Industy - AVIATION INSTITUE
Timming - 10:00 - 7:00 pm
Working Day- Mon- Sat
Salary - 15k- 20k

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet students parents visitors and guests courteously.

  • Handle incoming calls inquiries and direct them to the concerned department.

  • Provide accurate information about courses fees batches and schedules.

  • Manage front desk operations and maintain a professional environment.

  • Maintain student inquiry records and daily visitor logs.

  • Coordinate with counselors faculty and admin staff.

  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing data entry and document handling.

  • Manage courier emails and official communication.

  • Ensure discipline and smooth flow at the reception area.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

  • Good communication skills in English Hindi .

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word Excel email handling).

  • Pleasant personality with professional attitude.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience:

  • 12 years of experience in an institute / office environment preferred
