Summary:
We are looking for a presentable and organized Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and client coordination. The role involves handling inquiries supporting the sales team with lead management and ensuring smooth day-to-day clinic operations including housekeeping coordination invoicing and cash collection.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all client inquiries via phone email and social media promptly.
- Redirect new leads and inquiries to the Sales/Marketing team and coordinate for conversions.
- Manage front-desk operations including clinic opening/closing key handling and basic housekeeping coordination.
- Schedule appointments and ensure smooth coordination with doctors/therapists.
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment details in the system.
- Ensure medical consent forms are completed and billing invoicing and collections are handled correctly.
- Follow up with clients for appointments and support a positive clinic experience.
- Collect client feedback and handle basic complaints.
- Support sales promotions and maximize walk-in conversions ethically.
Requirements
- 14 years of experience in front desk or client relations (healthcare/retail preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local language(s).
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems billing and MS Office.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered mindset.
- Ability to multitask manage time effectively and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare operations.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as required.

- 14 years of experience in client relations/front desk roles in retail or healthcare organizations
