Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly well-organized and professional Receptionist to manage the front desk of our clinic. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills a pleasant personality and the ability to handle patients with care and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients warmly and assist them with appointments and inquiries

  • Manage appointment scheduling confirmations and follow-ups

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally

  • Maintain patient records and update clinic management systems

  • Coordinate with dentists and clinic staff for smooth daily operations

  • Manage billing support receipts and basic documentation

  • Ensure the reception area is clean organized and welcoming

  • Handle patient queries feedback and concerns politely




Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Pleasant personality with a patient-friendly approach

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word Excel clinic software)

  • Ability to multitask and stay organized

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

  • Knowledge of dental/medical terminology is an added advantage.


Education:

  • Minimum: Graduate


Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in dental or healthcare clinics is a plus

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

  • Calm and polite while handling patients and calls


Salary:

As per industry standards / Based on experience
