Boogie is a U.S.-based recruitment and staffing agency seeking a Creative Strategist & Content Designer to support brand positioning marketing assets and client-facing materials. This role focuses on translating business goals and differentiation into clear compelling visuals and messaging across digital and marketing channels.
The Creative Strategist & Content Designer will work closely with leadership to shape how Boogie is presented through its website marketing campaigns and sales materials. This is a vendor engagement or part-time role to start with potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop creative direction based on business goals target audience and brand positioning
Clarify messaging and differentiation through strategic questioning and analysis
Translate abstract ideas into structured creative concepts and direction
Create and guide content and visual assets for website pages marketing creatives and client-facing decks
Ensure consistency in brand voice tone and visual standards across all materials
Collaborate directly with leadership on messaging and creative execution
Work independently and proactively contributing strategic ideas beyond execution
Coordinate with designers developers and external vendors as needed
Requirements
Proven experience in creative strategy branding and content development
Strong ability to think strategically before designing or producing content
Experience translating business messaging into visual and written assets
Strong visual judgment and storytelling skills
Excellent written English and professional communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple deliverables independently
Comfortable working in a vendor engagement or part-time role
