What Youll Be Owning

This is a core creative leadership role covering brand consistency multimedia production and workflow optimization. You arent just making things look pretty; you are organizing asset composition in a modern waymastering typography color opacity blending modes offset balance and shapes to frame a compelling narrative.

Youll take the lead on:

• Strategic Multimedia Production: Balancing static graphics high-impact video and motion graphics to tell a complete story.
  
• Dynamic Support: Comfortably jumping into the ticket queue for custom marketing requests while simultaneously supporting the internal team on high-stakes key deliverables.
  
• Brand Guardianship: Maintaining 100% brand consistency across all digital print and internal communications.
  
• AI Workflow Integration: Implementing AI-enhanced workflows to eliminate manual design tasks and accelerate delivery.
  
• Digital Asset Management: Auditing and managing the companys marketing library using Maxa Designs.
  
• End-to-End Project Execution: Overseeing the design process from concept to production ensuring value bombs are delivered regularly.
  
  

How the Workflow Actually Works

• Task Coordination: Structured design requests managed via a ticket queue and direct stakeholder collaboration.
  
• Primary Systems: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) Canva and Maxa Designs.
  
• AI Integration: Use of tools like ChatGPT Adobe Firefly or Midjourney for rapid prototyping and prompt engineering.
  
• Accountability: You are trusted to manage your own time and deliverables. Reliability is our baseline; excellence is our standard.
  

Requirements

This Role Is a Great Fit If You:

• Are a Visual Architect: You have a great ability to organize asset composition using advanced elements like opacity blending modes offset balance and imagery to frame content.
  

• Are a Multimedia Hybrid: You are equally comfortable in Photoshop as you are in After Effects or Premiere Pro balancing graphics video and motion.
  

• Are an AI-Adaptive Operator: You actively use AI tools to improve creative output and reduce turnaround times.
  

• Have 23 years of experience in graphic design preferably within a marketing or branding environment.
  

• Are High-Accountability: You dont need to be chased for updates. You are reliable meet deadlines and own your mistakes as much as your wins.

Hours Pay and Stability

• Full-Time: 40 hours per week.
  

• Fixed Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM ET (Night shift in the Philippines).
