Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Design OSP fiber layouts and connection routes from network boxes to end-user locations
Prepare and update technical drawings and design documents for FTTH and FTTx projects
Review field data and survey information to ensure accurate and build-ready designs
Perform quality checks on designs to ensure compliance with engineering and client standards
Coordinate with project managers engineers and field teams to resolve design issues
Maintain organized design files reports and documentation
Support make-ready engineering and permitting requirements as needed
Requirements
Proven experience in OSP fiber design or related telecommunications projects
Experience designing fiber connections from box to home (FTTH/FTTx) is highly preferred
Working knowledge of OSP design principles and standards (required)
Familiarity with Smartsheet 3GIS Katapult and ArcGIS (required)
Proficient in AutoCAD or similar drafting tools
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
