JOB SUMMARY:
The Analyst is an onsite client-facing role that supports Point B as a key contributorto project teams. The Analyst works closely with their team and project leader tomanage and address client requests through communication reporting and documentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Decision Making and Influence
Works under the day-to-day supervision of engagement leaders project leaders orworkstream leaders
Supports engagement teams and workstreams
Contributes to the development of client-facing solutions or internal processes andcapabilities
Client Service Delivery
Supports the collection of business requirements and/or project informationthrough end-user interviews document analysis workshops etc. and developsthem into business artifacts as directed by the engagement leader
Works with project lead and/or engagement leader to develop schedules andcoordinate meetings and associated materials for team discussions
Develops relevant business analysis and project management artifacts such asstatus reports project plans process descriptions issues risks and change logsand other relevant work products
Owns the development and updates of one or more key deliverables in anengagement
Organizes and distributes information provided by stakeholders to the project team
Business Development
Supports business development and pursuit activities including writing projectsummaries/descriptions and assisting with other document or proposaldevelopment activities
Develops and shares their Point B story with their network (former colleaguessocial networks friends etc.)
Leadership
Contributes as a productive team member and builds authentic relationshipswith individuals in work groups and teams
Consistently demonstrates and lives Point B values
Intellectual Capital

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
B.A. or B.S. required

Ability to work on-site as requested
Ability to work remotely
Ability to travel up to 80%
Ability to work non-standard work hours as necessary
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior leadership positions (in academic or other settings)
Basic understanding of project management and related tools
Experience being an effective member of a team
Internship experience
JOB SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Relocation is not offered; candidates must be willing to relocate to the role location
Exposure to supply chain concepts or coursework
Familiarity with automation or process improvement through coursework projects or internships
Basic exposure to AI tools or applications (academic project-based or practical use)
Foundational skills with technology and digital tools
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
The estimated salary range for this role is $56500 - $112500 USD per salary range is provided as required by local and state law as salaries vary on a number of factors including but not limited to geography skills education experience and unique qualifications where applicable.
Bonuses are awarded at Point Bs discretion and are based upon individual contributions and overall firm performance.
Employees hired on or after October 1 are not eligible to participate in the current years bonus or merit increase cycle. Eligibility will begin with the following performance cycle in accordance with company policy.
