Were excited to be launching a brand-new supported living and complex care service in Scunthorpe and are looking for passionate Support Workers to join us from the very beginning.

This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape a new service while supporting adults with a range of needs to live safe fulfilling and independent lives.

About the Role

You will provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities autism mental health needs and complex physical or health conditions across supported living and complex care settings.

Shift Patterns

This role includes a mix of:

  • Day shifts
  • Night shifts
  • Sleep-in shifts
  • Waking night shifts
  • Every other weekend working

Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering high-quality support across supported living and complex care
  • Assisting with personal care daily living tasks and health needs
  • Promoting independence choice and dignity
  • Supporting individuals to access the community and achieve personal goals
  • Following care plans risk assessments and clinical guidance
  • Working collaboratively as part of a new team

What Were Looking For

  • A caring reliable and professional approach
  • Willingness to work a varied shift pattern
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience in care is desirable but not essential full training provided
  • A genuine passion for supporting others
