Salary: 13.45 per hour (annual review)
Enhanced Pay: Bank holiday rates
Hours: 12 hours per week (Saturday 09:00 21:00)

SDR Living provides short-term accommodation and housing support services in Eastbourne working in partnership with East Sussex local authorities. We support individuals and families experiencing homelessness helping them move towards independent living with dignity and stability.

Weekend Receptionist Role What Youll Be Doing
This is more than a front desk role. As a Weekend Receptionist in a supported housing setting you will play a key part in maintaining a safe welcoming and supportive environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver a professional and friendly reception service
- Support residents with housing-related queries and guidance
- Monitor and maintain building safety and security systems
- Respond calmly to challenging situations and anti-social behaviour
- Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with the wider support and housing team
Who Were Looking For
Were seeking someone who is:
- Calm resilient and confident in challenging environments
- An excellent communicator with strong people skills
- Able to maintain professional boundaries with empathy
- Reliable and committed to a consistent weekend shift
- Willing to cover additional shifts when required
Experience in housing support work or customer service is desirable but not essential full training is provided.
