AsHead of MFL you will lead by example develop inspire and motivate your team and be committed to achieving high are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about embracing new ideas demonstrates a positive attitude and possesses excellent interpersonal skills.

As Head of Department you willdevelopcomprehensive programmes of study creating resources designing schemes of work and implementing effective assessment and teaching strategies to ensure relevance to the needs of pupils examining and awarding bodies and the Academys Aims and Development Plan Curriculum Intent can be viewedhere.

This role is initially offered as a one year contract on either a full time or part time (0.8) basis.
