MFL Department:
The MFL department is a vibrant and ambitious faculty that plays a key role in the schools curriculum and wider enrichment programme. Languages are highly valued across the school with strong uptake at GCSE and growing numbers at A Level. The department offers a broad curriculum that includes French and Spanish with opportunities to develop additional languages depending on staff expertise. The successful candidate will lead a motivated team committed to raising attainment promoting cultural awareness and developing confident communicators.

Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Languages or a related discipline
Experience teaching MFL at secondary level
Proven ability to lead motivate and develop a team
Strong subject knowledge and confidence delivering GCSE (A Level desirable)
Excellent organisational and curriculum planning skills
Commitment to inclusion student achievement and high standards
Strong classroom management and a passion for language learning
