Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in English or a related discipline
Experience teaching English at secondary level
Proven ability to lead or support curriculum and departmental improvement
Strong subject knowledge across English Language and Literature
Familiarity with GCSE (A Level desirable)
Excellent organisational leadership and classroom management skills
Commitment to student achievement inclusion and high academic standards
