We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Senior Associate Strategic Finance to help drive global financial planning reporting and decision support for LinkedIn Talent Solutions. This role sits within the Business Insights & Analysis team and partners closely with senior finance leaders and cross-functional stakeholders across Sales and Operations.
The Senior Associate will play a key role in monthly close and forecasting cycles global performance reporting and developing clear executive-ready business narratives. This position also contributes to ad hoc strategic initiatives and high-impact analyses. The role offers strong exposure to SaaS finance fundamentals executive-level storytelling and the operational dynamics of a global business.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Thinking
- Operationalizes ideas and develops plans for execution with some support from more senior team members.
- Builds collaborative relationships with other teams and seeks input and feedback to develop an understanding of their priorities and constraints.
Stakeholder Influence
- Leverages insights and data to develop narratives to influence stakeholders with limited guidance.
- Synthesizes problems and communicates point of view to support decision-making on issues related to individual work in smaller group discussions.
Execution & Organization
- Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to support the growth of initiatives by providing a metrics- oriented perspective with minimal supervision.
- Proactively identifies obstacles and works to unblock them with minimal support.
Performance Management
- Access transform and synthesize data from cross-platform data sources and analyze to assess signals trends and risks.
- Executes ad hoc analyses to prove/disprove hypotheses and address ambiguous or complex business questions deriving actionable insights from results.

Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Business Business Analytics Finance or related field AND minimum 3 years of experience in finance finance accounting management consulting investment banking or related field OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in the technology industry.
- Experience working with financial systems and SQL to query manipulate and reconcile large datasets
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
