The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing functions relating to the partys international work and relations through the International office
- Managing foreign development projects and ensuring compliance with Political Party Funding Act
- Coordinating functions projects and programmes that support the party as a learning organisation
- Coordinating functions to enhance the partys international footprint
- Supporting the department in project management and coordination of activities
- Developing and maintaining strong strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to advance the partys political objectives and work towards expanding our foreign funding

Minimum requirements:
- A bachelors degree
- 2 years experience in an administrative role with a focus on coordination and project management
- Relevant staff management experience including on project basis or completion of the Partys Management Readiness Programme (applicable to internal candidates)
- Computer literacy particularly MS Office Suite
- Exposure to international work including diplomacy interacting with international stakeholders etc. (advantageous)
- Experience in a liberal political party or associated environment (advantageous)
- Experience in managing donor funding and reporting (advantageous)
Skills:
- Good understanding of technical systems and processes in order to ensure integration between these.
- Written and verbal communication
- Coordinating and organising
- Administration and attention to detail
- Time management
