Duties & Responsibilities

- Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration Office Management or a related field.
- At least three (3) years of relevant experience in an Executive Assistant or high-level administrative role dealing with confidential and strategic matters.
- Proven efficiency and effectiveness in providing administrative support to governance and board-related processes while working in collaboration with the Board Secretariat
- MS Office literacy at an intermediate to advanced level
- Excellent secretarial minute-taking and business writing skills.
- Good understanding of corporate governance PFMA and records management principles
- Able to perform well under pressure
- Strong English communication skills
The successful applicant would be responsible for but not limited to:
- Manage diary schedule meetings and coordinate appointments
- Prepare/circulate agendas minutes correspondence and briefing packs
- Coordinate official travel accommodation and logistical arrangements
- Handle the CEOs correspondence and communication
- Maintain filing and record management system
- Provide general admin support document control supply requisitions and expenditure tracking
- Assist in preparation and consolidation of reports presentations and submissions
- Work closely with Board Secretariat to coordinate board meetings compile documents and follow up on resolutions
- Ensure professional liaison and communication
- Support governance compliance
