We are seeking an Office Administrator : Office of the CEO for a permanent role based in Makhanda Eastern Cape
Duties & Responsibilities
Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration Office Management or a related field.
At least three (3) years of relevant experience in an Executive Assistant or high-level administrative role dealing with confidential and strategic matters.
Proven efficiency and effectiveness in providing administrative support to governance and board-related processes while working in collaboration with the Board Secretariat
MS Office literacy at an intermediate to advanced level
Excellent secretarial minute-taking and business writing skills.
Good understanding of corporate governance PFMA and records management principles
Able to perform well under pressure
Strong English communication skills
The successful applicant would be responsible for but not limited to:
Manage diary schedule meetings and coordinate appointments
Prepare/circulate agendas minutes correspondence and briefing packs
Coordinate official travel accommodation and logistical arrangements
Handle the CEOs correspondence and communication
Maintain filing and record management system
Provide general admin support document control supply requisitions and expenditure tracking
Assist in preparation and consolidation of reports presentations and submissions
Work closely with Board Secretariat to coordinate board meetings compile documents and follow up on resolutions
