Position: Production Associate
Schedule: Weekends Off
Salary: $800 - $950 per week
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Production Associate to join our dynamic team in our manufacturing facility. As a Production Associate you will play a critical role in the production process ensuring high-quality products are manufactured efficiently and safely. You will work closely with a team of skilled professionals in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and communication are essential.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient operation.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and adherence to specifications.
- Assist in the setup and teardown of production lines as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Document production data and report any issues to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control standards.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including overtime when necessary.
